2009-05-30 - Hello, today we officially announced that PageStream 5.0 development will continue for the foreseeable future. In addition to finishing PageStream5.0 Amiga releases to the same level as the OS X, Windows and Linux releases; we also plan to continue to develop PageStream5.0 including new filters, speed improvements, bug fixes and even new features. Good news for existing PageStream5.0 customers, and an even better deal for those looking to upgrade! 2009-05-27 - First release in over two years of PageStream5.0 for Amiga was made today. Still several serious problems to address, but this release is compiled with 100% from the newest PageStream code base. Unity at last! Pagestream |

PageStream 5.0.5.4 Amiga-OS3-68k Dated 2010-02-04 - 29,166,832 bytes MD5:55f47e17af084ccb1f6a8358f57acdc5 This is another minor improvement over the previous release, but hopefully this will bring all to the point that you can create a new document. Just trying to take care of the big stuff so we can get some feedback. Please post reports etc on the PageStreamAmigaBeta mailing list. If you have a crash, then sending a crash log that identifies the 68k stack is the best, but I'll take anything you can generate. Just send along to me privately. Pagestream OS3 V5.0.5.4 |

PageStream 5.0.5.5 Amiga-OS3-68k Dated 2010-02-25 - 29,679,775 bytes MD5:f0dd838fe7e917a5ee60c9c7c92b9d9a Do not download this if the time to download and then crash your computer is a difficulty. This release _should_ fix a number of problems that are preventing users from starting up PageStream, but I said that before... If you can run PageStream, and create a new document, then I would consider this a successful release for you! I have a handful of reports from such users on problems beyond that, but to be honest I've not taken the time to track them down yet. When most folks can get to that stage, I will address them then. Please post reports etc on the PageStreamAmigaBeta mailing list. If you have a crash, then sending a crash log that identifies the 68k stack is the best, but I'll take anything you can generate. Just send along to me privately. Deron To download this file, you must be a registered owner of this product and be signed in to your account. PageStream V5.0.5.5 Was soll das bedeuten Man soll die nicht runterladen wenn was ist Blöde Sprache ich scheck die wohl nie. |

PageStream 5.0.5.6 Amiga-OS3-68k Dated 2010-03-22 - 29,222,861 bytes MD5:b8707d3b0fb90f4bb94f67643485c0be This is another step closer to a usable Amiga release. This release _must_ be run from the Shell. As this is a minor inconvenience, I have pushed that off until I stomp out a few more of the bigger bugs. I have managed to track down some tough bugs, so maybe this will be a little better! Please post reports etc on the PageStreamAmigaBeta mailing list. Most likely, just reporting the problem you had and how to reproduce it is all I will need. If I can't reproduce the problem, I'll ask for more details. If you have a crash, then sending a crash log that identifies the segment/offset for the offending code would be best, but I'll take anything you can generate. Just send along to me privately. This release _must_ be run from the Shell. It seems like a never ending process, but I did track down 2 very annoying problems that I hope improve things for everyone trying to test this. Please post reports etc on the PageStreamAmigaBeta mailing list. Most likely, just reporting the problem you had and how to reproduce it is all I will need. If I can't reproduce the problem, I'll ask for more details. Deron Recorded changes to 5.0.5.8 - October 11th, 2010 + Added Editor preferences option for selecting the python library and api version when PageStream is unable to find the python library automatically or if selecting an older version is required. + New Dutch, French and German localizations. Thanks Theo! + Added 3 configurable strings in Generate Index dialog. Uses same codes for entering special characters as find/replace text so string can include tabs (/t), new lines (/n) or new paragraphs (/p). + After Topic: Defaults to <tab> + Between Numbers: Defaults to <comma><space> (this differs from the previous built in string of just a comma.) + Before XRef: Defaults to <period><space>. (this is a new string that did not exist before now.) + Fixed PDF and PostScript output of clipped objects. Broken in last release. + Added support for drawing a dot where a zero length line with rounded caps is drawn. + Fixed copy/export of external image. This was reported in 5.0.5.7, but this is an "original" bug. Only saving of documents dealt with this properly. + Changed document's and object's module references from fixed buffer to unlimited length. + Changed document's and object's external file references from fixed buffer to unlimited length. + Fixed copy/cut object changing default object module. + Fixed output of hyphen to PDF or PostScript when only hyphen output is a soft hyphen. + Fixed PostScript output of CMYK colorized images. + Fixed PDF output of CMYK colorized images. + Changed SETMDISTATE pref item name to SETAPPFRAMESTATE to avoid older versions from stomping on the new correct data. (Older versions saved the wrong data, so if you run an older version it will erase your current pref data for SETMDISTATE). + Fixed output of stroked text attributes like stroke width to PDF. + Added support for lists in layers and scripts palette to not resize based on the size of the contents. It now just lets the layer/script name get truncated. + Fixed missing script keyboard shortcuts. Bug introduced in last release or so. + Amiga: Fixed listviews to not crash when updated before containing requester is opened. + Amiga: Changed the way text codes are scanned to work around compiler error. + Linux: Changed file permissions in archive to "world read/execute". This will make it easier for folks who tend to mix between root and user modes. + Linux64: Fixed selection of printer in Print Setup + Linux64: Fixed copy to clipboard To download this file, you must be a registered owner of this product and be signed in to your account. Otherwise, you may purchase this product to download it. PageStream 5.0.5.8 Amiga-OS3-68k |

hat das denn schon jemand gekauft? Ist es brauchbar und vergleichbar mit anderen Produkten wie z.B. Indesign? Kann es druckfähige PDFs erstellen etc? |
