Hab mal in die readme geschaut:
This is a small ARexx function library which started out as a
helper library for getting more information from http-handler
(comm/www/httphandler.lha).
It currently comprises of four functions:
RESOLVELINK (follows web redirects)
GETHEADER (get the HTTP headers of a URL)
GETSCREENLIST (gets the public screen list)
SCREENTOFRONT (brings a named public screen to the front)
There are some scripts in the archive which show the usage. I apologise
for the lack of documentation, but this has been used in a couple of projects
already and has been sitting on my hard drive for quite a while, so I thought
it would be useful to release it publicly.
Copy rx3h.library to libs: to install.

Wird wohl für mehrere Programme benutzt , MacLikeDock, NetSurfAdressbook, ScreenSelect_Data.
Programme laufen aber auch ohne, weil ich die nicht installiert hab.
Ich dachte halt nur, es handelt sich dabei im eine compilierte C-Bibliothek. Gut, das beruhigt mich jetzt irgendwie ...
