11.05.2014 Assist V1.9 [OS4] In Version 1.9 wurden diese Änderungen gemacht: - Now using Tuomas Hokka's 'Download' tool for downloads (included) - Progress bar now shown when downloading, Ringhio notification no longer shown when starting a download - T:Assist/Downloads is no longer used as the default destination for downloads - When downloading Assist now checks if user has set a destination directory and asks if not - Downloads drawer button is now always shown unless the user has opted to download via the Jack AppStore - Dependency downloader fixed so files are downloaded to the user specified directory rather than T:Assist - Ringhio notifications icon is no longer copied to T:Assist - Changed how multiple instances of Assist are prevented (no longer using T:Assist/status) - Resolved error that occured if Exchange was used to 'Remove' Assist - Fullscreen option removed from preferences, fullscreen can still be used via F10 or ARexx but the setting is no longer saved - Assist no longer offers to delete the log file when switching logging off - When writing to the log a 'busy' pointer is now shown - If the log file destination is changed a new file is now created rather than Assist attempting to move an exisitng file - If a path or URL is copied to the system clipboard this is now logged - Tweaked log entry for video play/save events - If a duplicate unpacked archive is found Assist will ask whether to overwrite, rather than leaving to UnArc - If an archive that already exists is downloaded and the user chooses to overwrite, the deletion of the old archive/directory will be logged - When logging unpacked archives the sub-directory the archive was unpacked to is now included in the path - When using 'auto unpack' one combined notification is now shown after unpacking rather than two - Added 'DOWNLOADSDIR' ARexx command - Replaced 'QUIT' ARexx command with 'CLOSE' - Removed non-working 'SEARCHYOUTUBE' ARexx command - Added 37 new articles and 1 new tutorial - Various articles updated |

07.01.2015 Assist V2.0 [OS4] Änderungen In Version 2.0: - Added registration system, click the 'Register' link within Assist for further details - New backdrop image and various button images updated from AISS 4.18 - New layout for applications including a short description, price, licence type and AmiCygnix or Qt icon if applicable - Preview images reintroduced into the A to Z, for registered users clicking a preview image will open the original full size image - Reworked the A to Z to make browsing faster and added a numbers category (0-9) - Moving the mouse pointer away from a panel now leaves it highlighted until the pointer is over another panel - The button of the currently selected theme is now unclickable - Log button is now hidden unless logging is switched on and log file contains records - If no downloads directory is found Assist now asks user to choose one rather than refering to Preferences - Dependency downloaders updated to use Thoumas Hokka's 'Download' - Search and currency options added to Preferences, 'Reset' option renamed to 'Reset to defaults' and icon added alongside - Ringhio notifications are now switched off by default, see Preferences to switch these on - Once in fullscreen it is no longer possible to switch back to windowed using F10, instead you must close and restart Assist - The 'close gadget hides' option is now ignored when in fullscreen mode - In fullscreen mode Assist no longer switches back to Workbench automatically when a file is auto unpacked - Bug fixed that caused Assist to freeze if Assist attempted to unpack a missing archive, e.g. if download failed - Fixed Ringhio notifications image (the image is now copied to T:Assist) - Fixed AmigaOS wiki search - Removed the description text from fullscreen mode's close gadget - Removed 'WINDOW' ARexx command - Removed getVideo installer - Removed search engine options pop-up when right clicking the search button - Added 21 new articles and updated many others - A few minor updates to tutorials |

07.06.2015 Assist V2.1 [OS4] Daniel Hutchinson hat die Version 2.1 von Assist mit diesen Änderungen im OS4Depot bereit gestellt: - Wenn Fastview gefunden wird , wird dies verwenden um Vorschaubilder anzuzeigen, anstelle von Multiview. - Alte zwischengespeicherte Vorschaubilder werden jetzt beim Start gelöscht - Entfernt: GetVideo Unterstützung, stattdessen werden Video-Links an urlopen geschickt. - Entfernt: Präferenz Optionen für Videos und damit verbundenen ARexx-Befehle - Entfernt: "playvideo" und "SaveVideo 'Assistent und zugehörige ARexx-Befehle - Wenn ein Link in die Zwischenablage kopiert wird, wird nun eine Benachrichtigung angezeigt, - Behoben: Kopie Weblink zur System-Zwischenablage-Funktion, - Behoben: Fehler mit der Protokollierung von Ereignissen die in die Zwischenablage kopiert werden, - Behoben: kleinere Fehler, bei dem Rückvorwärtsnavigationspfeil, wurde nicht immer gezeigt, - Behoben: einige kleinere Textformatierungs Pannen, - Hinzugefügt: 5 neue Artikel und verschiedene Aktualisierungen. |
